On July 11, NTCU had great honor to host the meeting with delegation of Zhangzhou City University (ZCU). In the meeting, President Yang, Szu-Wei and other staff enthusiastically welcomed the leader of ZCU－Yang, Ming-Yuan and other representatives. NTCU had signed MoU with ZCU in 2009, and after that, several members of the two universities frequently paid visits and then created close academic relations.
