The College of Management and Graduate Program of Sustainable Tourism and Recreation Management invited Y. C. Cheng (The Executive Chef of Fullon Hotels & Resorts) to make a speech on October 11, 2012. The title of the speech is how to pursue a successful profession in the workplace.
      Y. C. Cheng stressed that there is no such thing of recession but hard-working in this environment. In addition, he emphasized that loyalty to superiors, customers and profession is important when working. Everyone should be patient, honest, diligent and so on, no matter in the workplace or real life. Finally, he wished everyone be modest and self-esteemed. The speech was very exciting and insightful. All students, teachers and guests had shown enthusiastic response for the speaker.
