More than 350 parents joined NTCU
Parents Day activities on Oct.
13th,2012. Performance by Festival
Drum Club and Duo-sheng Choir
inaugurated the event. President
Yang Szu-Wei shared his vision of
“Refinement, Creativity and New
Prospect” on education with the
parents.
The activities, including forums and administrative
units’ and students clubs’
presentations, aimed to enhance the
collaboration between parents and
teachers, and elevate the quality of
education.
To further strengthen the relationship between parents
and children, NTCU arranged special
activities, such as chant of “Liao
E, Minor Odes of the Kingdom, Shi
Jing” by freshmen from Dept. of
Language and Literacy Education, a
filial announcement by Yuan-yi Chen
(陳元一) and Bo-cheng Chen of Dept. of
Language and Literacy Education, and
the dance of “My Precious Darling”
by Dei-In International Folk Dancing
Club to promote filial piety. |
