Our sister school-Kansai University of International Studies which kept close relations with NTCU, had sent the group of 22 staffs and students to Taiwan. Between March 5th and March 7th, they visited the Affiliated Elementary School of National Taichung University of Education, Wan-Feng Elementary School in Nan-tou County, and had exchange activities with Department of Education of NTCU on last day.
      This was the fifth annual overseas tour for KUIS freshmen to NTCU since 2009. For students of both universities, they crossed the gap of language and communication, tried to understand educational institutions, to explore mass views of education and upbringing, and food culture of Taiwan and Japan in the seminar, street interviews, and DIY activities.
