The head couch Chang Hsiao Yung who graduated from 93th NTCU, has led Tennis team of Chinese Taipei and won two golds, two silvers and on bronze at 2023 Asian Games in Hangzhou. He claims every single medal has its unique significance, express gratitude to every couch and individuals in the crew, as well as giving the athletes encouragement for reach more achievements.
     To become the head couch in tennis team of Chinese Taipei, Chang Hsiao Yung is eligible with sufficient experience. Meanwhile, he is the head coach of CTTA (Chinese Taipei Tennis Association) and Champion of National intercollegiate Athletic Games. He never stops to improve himself and continue to accomplish more achievements.
