Purpose Statement
The
Department of Counseling and Applied Psychology was
formerly
named the Graduate Institute of Counseling and Educational Psychology
(GICEP), which was founded in 2000. The graduate
school has two divisions. One is counseling psychology, and another is
educational psychology. At the beginning, each division recruited five students.
Later on, owing to the change of environment and whole development of school,
the Department of Counseling and Applied Psychology
was permitted to be established on Aug.1, 2006. GICEP was then merged in the
Department of Counseling and Applied Psychology.
