¡§IN¡¨ for IN2 means ¡§inside¡¨- inside of NTCU and inside of intelligent promotion; ¡§I¡¨ stands for
intellectual training; ¡§2¡¨ stands for square (complete in dimension); ¡§N2¡¨ means ¡§N x N¡¨, the
former ¡§N¡¨ stands for NTCU, new NTCU, and the later one stands for ¡§normal.¡¨ It means two
directions of student development-developing normal and professional students and teacher-
training spirit students.
The essence of IN2 policy is to promote the school and students intelligently and to have NTCU
