The symposium was under the auspices of President Yang Sze-wei and was attended by eight key administrative and academic executives of the school notably including Director Hu Feng-jung of International Study Division, Dean Hsu Tien-wei of Department of Academic Affairs, Director Lin Tsai-yu of Section of Academic Affairs and Dean Wei Li-min of Human & Sociological Science and Arts. Middlesex University headquartered in London is our first sisterhood counterpart in the United Kingdom. Our guest school expressed its desire to team up with us to develop double associated academic degrees through the mode that our students will study here in Taiwan for three years and for another year in Middlesex University. Through such significant teamwork programs, the students will be given precious opportunities to experience the local cultures and lifestyles in both the United Kingdom and Taiwan.
