paid a visit to NTCU on 17 and
18 May 2012 and gave a speech
for “IN-SERVICE TRAINING OF
TEACHERS IN RUSSIA: TODAY &
TOMORROW.” He introduced the
present teacher training and the
future development in Russia and
it provided references and
introspection to Taiwan
education policy. Moreover, both
have signed the general
agreement after the forum.
