The winter camp for Seoul National University of Education (SNUE) was the end on February 3. This was our first time to cooperate with SNUE for the winter camp. This activity was from January 27 to February 3. Professor Kim and Teacher Huang lead 22 students of SNUE to visit our university.
     This winter camp was hosted by International Affairs and Research Development Office. NTCU International Volunteers and some students of Department of Special Education and Department of Language and Literacy Education were counselors. Three Chinese teachers taught Chinese courses and Prof. Ying Liu taught calligraphy. Besides the courses in class, we had time to make Taiwanese snacks and visited historic places.
On the farewell party, students from SNUE expressed their feelings during this period and thanked our students to treat them enthusiastically.. At the last part, students exchanged gifts happily. After all courses, we lead teachers and students of SNUE to visit lots of places in Taichung, including Rainbow Village, Donghai University, Chung Tai Chan Monastery and Sun Moon Lake.
      This winter camp is a very import activity for NTCU and SNUE. Besides students exchange, this winter camp is a huge activity for us. Through this activity, students from NTCU and SNUE can make friends and it is a step for NTCU and SNUE to start substantial exchanges.
