On February 18^th, NTCU had great honor to welcome delegation group led by Prof. Kim, Ho-Seong of Far East University in Korea. As main coordinators of this visit, Prof. Kim and Prof. Tan have been familiar with Taiwanese culture and systems of high education.
In the special occasion, President Yang, Szu-Wei hosted the meeting, introduced the university history and completed the signing of memorandum of understanding between NTCU and FEU; it was also attended by nearly 20 staffs and officers. After completion of the MoU, presidents of the two institutions both hoped to launch students exchange programs in order to broaden the horizon of international vision, to strengthen language abilities and to promote cross cultural understanding between Taiwan and Korea (translated by Hui-Yi Hung, Division of International Affairs)
