Dr. Lin-Huang Chang, professor of the Department of Computer Science, won the special outstanding talents reward of Ministry of Education.
     To enhance the national academic performance and cultivate domestic talents, the Ministry of Education rewards the top university programs and the excellent university teaching projects by carrying out the flexible salary for special talents. The award-winning staff will have three consecutive years of awards. It’s a great honor that Prof. Chang awarded this prize.
