On November 12^th, the delegation group from Sias International University, led by Chairman Dr. Shawn Chen came to visit NTCU and Taichung City Government. Sias International University was established in 1988, and it is the first university co-founded by American incorporation-SIAS in China. This visit was the third time meeting between Dr. Yang and Dr. Chen, and it accounted for the incoming programs of academic collaboration and students exchange between the two institutions. Besides, Dr. Chen took the chance to meet Deputy Mayor Tsai, Ping-Kun, which may bridge cultural communication of Taichung and ZhengZhou cities in the near future.
