On November 29, the delegation group from Hanoi Pedagogical University 2 led by Vice Rector Dr. Nguyen Phu Thong Thai visited NTCU. Dr. Eric Hu, Dean of International Affairs and Research Development hosted the meeting, in which Dr. Yen-Shun Wei (Dean of College of Humanities), Dr. Shiou-Mei Chan (Head of Department of Special Education), Dr. Chuan-Rong Yeh, and several Vietnamese students and officers of Center for Teacher Education& Placement Cervices participated. The attendees respectively introduced the two institutions; besides, they raised issues of collaboration and exchange programs for teachers and students to strengthen academic relationship.
