Dr. K. Kojima and Dr. N. Matsumoto, on behalf of the Department of Music at SOAI University, Japan, visited NTCU on February 24 and 25. During their visit, both professors met with the students and teachers in the Department of Music at NTCU. Most significantly, they signed an articulation agreement concerning the dual degree program of the Departments of Music at both universities. Benefited by the agreement, several students of NTCU will commence their studies at SOAI since this March, which will mark a milestone in the development of the academic collaboration and cooperation of both universities.
