We invited the postdoctoral research fellow of Department of East Asian Studies, University of Cambridge, Professor Chien, Li-Kuei, to deliver a speech “Chinese Community and Culture in Asia communities” on April 12, 2019 at the Liberal Arts Lecture Hall.
      The speaker introduced the characteristics of the unearthed statues in Shandong and case study in East Asia with the topic of ‘’ Bid Price of Bodhisattvas: the 6th Century Medieval Chinese and the 21st Century Global Art Market ‘’.
     The lecture enriched the students about the unearthed statues and cultivated students' aesthetics and knowledge.
