Prof. Scott Cook, who is a teacher in National University of Singapore, was invited to be a speaker of “Chinese Community and Culture in Asia communities” which is the general education course on April 26, 2019.
      American prof. Cook fluently explained Chinese characters and evolutions of wine etiquette in Chinese. Moreover, he quoted from Shang Shu and talked Chinese wine etiquette culture. From his long observation, he had own perspective and expounded his views. Students can experience an extremely innovative Chinese cultural in the lecture.
